Refund policy

At JORÉL, we want you to be confident in every purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special Releases & Final Sale Items

JORÉL Special Release items and any products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their limited nature.

If a Special Release or Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may return an eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

JORÉL reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements stated above.
